6. InspectFlow Mobile Application

This section applies to our InspectFlow mobile app for cargo surveyors, in addition to the terms above.

Account information. To use the app you sign in with a username and password, or with a third-party provider (Google, Apple, Microsoft or LinkedIn). We collect your account email and a user identifier to authenticate you and manage your access. Sign-in is transmitted securely over HTTPS to our servers.

Inspection content. Inspection details and photographs you capture are stored on your device. To speed up data entry, photographs of labels and documents may be transmitted securely to our processing service (hosted on Cloudflare) and analysed by a third-party artificial-intelligence text-recognition service (Google Gemini) to extract text automatically. Photographs are processed only to return the extracted text to your app, are not retained by these providers, and are not used by them for their own purposes. Inspection reports leave your device only when you choose to export or share them.

No sale of data; security. We do not sell your personal data. Data is encrypted in transit. You may request access to, or deletion of, your account data as set out in section 5.
